💖 GENERAL
All products are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that all details, including design files and shipping information, are correct.

📦 CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the custom nature of DTF gang sheets and transfers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end.

🎨 ARTWORK & FILES
Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality, print-ready files. We are not responsible for issues related to low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, or design errors provided by the customer.

⚡ PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed same-day when placed before 5PM. Orders placed after 5PM will be processed the next business day.

🚚 SHIPPING
We offer $10.99 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders $50+. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

📍 INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

⚠️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to fast processing times, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

💼 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting designs, you confirm that you have the rights to use the artwork. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
