At All Things Transfers, all products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy.

💖 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom nature of DTF gang sheets and transfers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

🎨 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality, print-ready files. We are not responsible for issues related to:
• Low-resolution images
• Incorrect sizing
• Design errors provided at upload

Please double-check your files before submitting your order.

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right!

To qualify:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue
• Provide your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.

🚚 SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

⚠️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
